J. William (Bill) DeVille - Chief Executive Officer
Bill DeVille has twenty-nine years experience in human capital management in the healthcare industry. Prior to founding Health Carousel and Tailored Healthcare Staffing, Bill was the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Health Personnel Options (a $120 million nursing and allied travel staffing company) and Managing Partner at R.E. Lowe Associates (a healthcare recruitment company). Bill DeVille has a Master of Business Administration from Ohio State University (Columbus, OH) and a Bachelor of Science from Ohio State University (Columbus, OH).

Lawrence (Lair) T. Kennedy, Jr. - Chief Financial Officer
Lair Kennedy has six years of investment banking and private equity experience with a depth of knowledge in finance.
