THS TRAVELER COMPENSATION



Excellent Hourly Pay Travelers typically earn more than comparably qualified peers working at conventional employment. Tailored Healthcare Staffing offers pay rates that rank among the highest in the industry on all of our assignments. Hourly rates will vary depending on your specialty and where you choose to work; so contact a Tailored Healthcare Staffing recruiter now to find the most rewarding assignment for you.
Guaranteed Hours Our assignments provide you with guaranteed hours so you will know how much you will earn. As long as you are available to work the required shifts, you will be paid for them. In most cases we provide 48-hour guarantees on nursing assignments and 40 hours on allied assignments.
First Assignment Bonus + As a way of thanking our new travelers, we will pay you a first assignment bonus of at least $500 at the conclusion of your first assignment. This amount varies based on your profession and your unit/responsibilities while on assignment. Earning extra money is as simple as joining the team! (Based on a 13-week assignment.)
Extension
Bonus +^

We pay bonuses to travelers that re-up for a subsequent 13 week assignment without a break. If your assigned client requests you for a 13 week assignment continuation, we want to give you a bit of extra encouragement. We provide assignment extension bonuses of at least $500 if you extend at your current assignment! You could earn as much as $1,500 per year in Extension Bonuses for working three consecutive 13 week extensions. Ask your recruiter for details.

Loyalty
Bonus +#
If you change clients or return to a Health Carousel Network member company after some time away, we welcome you back with a $500 Loyalty Bonus. Ask your recruiter for details.
Client Facility Referral Bonuses If you help us secure an assignment or position at a facility that we do not currently offer, you could earn an additional bonus. So, let us know where you have worked as a traveler in the past and if you wish to return there again. We will contact the facility and if your lead turns into a new working relationship and we place you at that facility, you will receive a bonus of up to $1,000.
Employee Referral Bonuses

Help us grow! Earn a $500 Referral Bonus every time you refer a healthcare professional that completes a 13 week assignment - you don't even have to be working with us to take advantage of this great benefit.

Tax-Advantaged Earnings Plan We have established our Tax Advantage Plan to provide qualifying travelers with the ability to receive a portion of their compensation tax-free. By accepting per diems, which are paid weekly, for your meals, incidentals, and/or housing while on assignment, you will be able to lower your taxable income.** Your effective hourly rate will be higher and your total tax advantage can be thousands of dollars per assignment.
 

+ The above bonuses are available for travelers committing to new assignments as of Marcf 22, 2010. To receive the indicated bonuses, all Health Carousel Network travelers must complete all required documents and requirements five business days prior to their assignment start date, including a completed background check, drug screen, and destination state licensure, among others. Talk to your recruiter for specific details.

+ Traveler can only miss 1 shift (12 hours) during assignment to receive bonus unless hours are made up. If assignment is less than 13 weeks the bonuses are prorated. Ask your recruiter for details.

^ Break between assignments can be no longer than seven days. Traveler must pay for housing expense during the seven day break. No transportation is provided for extension assignments.

# To earn the Loyalty Bonus you must begin a Health Carousel Network travel assignment at a new Health Carousel Network travel assignment location within 30 days of successful completion of a prior Health Carousel Network travel assignment.

** Per diem amounts are dictated by the federal government and not the Health Carousel Network.
