Here's how it works:
Anyone may refer a U.S. licensed RN or allied health professional to our program.
Once your referral completes the minimum of a 13-week assignment you will receive a minimum of $500 and up to $1,000 based on the profession required by the assignment.
A Tailored Healthcare Staffing recruiter can provide details on the exact dollar anmount you can receive for your referral..

You may also have your referral contact us and identify you as the referrer.
Once we receive a referral, we will contact your colleague to introduce him or her to Tailored Healthcare Staffing and get them started on applying to the program. You will also receive an e-mail from us confirming your referral.
CLIENT FACILITY REFERRAL PROGRAM
We'll pay you a referral fee if you help us secure an assignment or position at a facility that we do not currently offer. If you have worked somewhere as a traveler in the past and wish to return there as a Tailored traveler, give us the details and we will contact them. If your lead turns into a new working relationship and we place you at that facility, you will receive a bonus up to $1,000.
