• Anyone may refer a U.S. licensed RN or allied health professional to our program.
• Once your referral completes the minimum of a 13-week assignment you will receive a minimum of $500 and up to $1,000 based on the profession required by the assignment.
• A Tailored Healthcare Staffing recruiter can provide details on the exact dollar anmount you can receive for your referral..

• You may also have your referral contact us and identify you as the referrer.

Once we receive a referral, we will contact your colleague to introduce him or her to Tailored Healthcare Staffing and get them started on applying to the program. You will also receive an e-mail from us confirming your referral.

We'll pay you a referral fee if you help us secure an assignment or position at a facility that we do not currently offer. If you have worked somewhere as a traveler in the past and wish to return there as a Tailored traveler, give us the details and we will contact them. If your lead turns into a new working relationship and we place you at that facility, you will receive a bonus up to $1,000.
